Last Friday, December the 18th, all the Primary and Pre-Primary students joined the First English Day of this school year.
This first term the main theme of the English Day was ‘Christmas Around the World’.
They could learn how Christmas is celebrated in different English-speaking countries and what most characteristic traditions of this holiday they have.
They also held a Christmas vocabulary contests, carol singing and crafts related to this time of year.
El passat divendres 18 de desembre, tots els alumnes de Primària i Infantil es van sumar al Primer English Day d’aquest curs.
Aquest primer trimestre el tema conductor de l'English Day era ‘El Nadal Arreu del Món’.
Van poder comprovar com es celebra el Nadal en diferents països de parla anglesa i quines tradicions més característiques d'aquesta festivitat tenen.
Van fer també concursos de vocabulari de Nadal, cantada de nadales i manualitats relacionades amb aquesta època de l'any.
